Objective: Deliver biological samples
Problem: The overall task was to organize the transportation of goods, taking into account all transportation requirements. Specifically, biological samples needed to be maintained at a consistent temperature throughout the entire three-day route.
Solution: The cargo was transported along the following route - Tokyo-Hong Kong-Tashkent-Istanbul. To meet the temperature requirements, the entire transportation process had to be completed within three days without any delays. To achieve this, we coordinated with the sender to arrange for precise pickup times, and the cargo was additionally treated with dry ice at the departure airport and intermediate delivery points.
Objective: Deliver furniture for commercial premises (car showrooms)
Problem: The delivery had to be completed within strict deadlines, as it was part of a rebranding advertising campaign for the showrooms of a major car manufacturer.
Solution: Our company's task was to negotiate a contract with the supplier, work out all delivery conditions, including deadlines, evaluate the quality of the products at the production site, prepare the necessary approval documents for customs, and coordinate distribution issues for multiple delivery points in Azerbaijan.
Problem: The delivery had to be completed within strict deadlines, as it was part of a rebranding advertising campaign for the showrooms of a major car manufacturer.

Problem: The client purchased a large batch of auto parts from a Chinese manufacturer, but the supplier was unable to provide all the necessary documents for transportation (MSDS - safety certificates).
Solution: Without the safety certificate from the manufacturer, air shipment of such goods from China was impossible. We lacked another necessary document, the MSDS (material safety data sheet), for sending the goods from Hong Kong (which is used in such cases when the Chinese safety certificate is not available). As a result, we shipped the goods from China to Hong Kong by sea, then on a charter flight to Kazakhstan (the airline accepted the goods without MSDS), and finally transported them by road to Bishkek.
